There is a Dutch Hoop Barn located in the center of the property. The Loft of the “Hoop Barn” is accessed from ground level. The Loft itself will hold approximately 230 guests for a wedding ceremony.

The Loft may also be used for receptions, cocktail hour, or as a very large dance floor. The Loft is climate controlled and includes three crystal chandeliers that are over 150 years old that once hung in the old Bedford Post Office.
We have added a 12′ x 28′ deck on the back of the Hoop Barn. This deck may be used for a Live Band or DJ. Weather permitting, it can also be used for additional seating for the Loft and Pavilion or as a perfect photo opportunity.
The basement of the Hoop Barn can be used for an indoor reception area, bar area, or to set up a large buffet.
There is a covered 40 x 64 ft. Pavilion that will hold 250 people depending on table and seating arrangement. Large dimmer-controlled chandeliers and ceiling fans fill the ceiling to the Pavilion. A 40 x 32 open dance floor is connected to the Pavilion, more tables can be added to this area for even more seating.

The old farrowing barn is attached to the pavilion. The farrowing barn has been completely remodeled to include a kitchen, men’s dressing room, men’s and women’s restrooms. The kitchen, restrooms, and dressing room are all climate controlled. The kitchen includes two oven ranges, two stand-up refrigerator/ freezers, an ice machine, a triple sink, and counter space. All of the caterers have loved the kitchen!
A 5-room cottage is also available to the bridal party on the day of the wedding. The cottage has been completely remodeled; it has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath and two sunrooms. The cottage is completely climate controlled. It is the perfect place to do hair, makeup, and relax getting ready for your special day. The cottage may also be rented out for an additional charge as a Honeymoon Suite the night of the wedding. Many of our newlyweds have taken advantage of this option!
